Making a positive impact is an integral part of SJF’s culture. Through the SJF Charitable Foundation, we partner with and serve our community. Beyond monetary support, our associates help us engage with our community through volunteering and board participation.

Our associates are active volunteers, helping us build stronger relationships with each other and our community.

Active volunteerism

We support and facilitate our associates’ support of their communities.

  • Our volunteer portal helps match associates with volunteer opportunities.
  • Our associates are active in our community with the Cristo Rey High School Work-Study Program, LifeCare Alliance, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Pelotonia, Woodcrest Elementary School and others.
  • Our annual day of service gives all associates an opportunity to positively impact our community.

Donation support

We match our associates’ philanthropy to causes closest to them.

  • $2,000 match per employee per calendar year for any registered 501(c)(3) public non-profit.
  • Recognition of associate milestone anniversaries with donations of $1,000-$10,000 to a charity of their choice.
  • Monetary support of the non-profits our associates give their time to through our board and committee support program.
